Sudden death on patients with valvular defects occurs quite often, even in the absence of additional risk factors, therefore, all these patients have a high risk of death, especially with long-term conservative treatment. According to data published by the American Heart Association, mortality from valve heart defects in the United States is about 20,000 people annually or 7 people per 100,000 in the population. Combined mitral-aortic valve diseases account for 9-23% of all valve defects. According to the results of research: - an algorithm for the comprehensive reconstruction of combined mitral-aortic heart defects has developed;- The problem of the "small" cavity of the left ventricle during stenosis of the mitral and aortic valves has studied; - The expediency of restoring of sinus rhythm at the hospital stage has justified; - The expediency of performing plastic reconstructions of heart valves has justified;- The expediency of performing surgical methods of aortic root dilatation for the purpose of implantation of a prosthesis of the required diameter during aortic valve replacement has justified; - The expediency of performing reduction of the left atrium during its dilatation has justified;- The expediency of maximal preservation of subvalvular structures of the mitral valve during its replacement has justified; - The technology of Ш-like plasty of the left atrium during its dilatation has created ;- The technology of translocation of the anterior mitral cusp under the posterior cusp at the presence of left ventriculomegaly during mitral valve replacement has created Product Description popup.authors Beshliaha Viacheslav M Bolshak Oleksandr O Bukarim Valeriy J Vakulenko Kostiantyn Ye Humeniuk Bohdan M Hurtovenko Oleksii M Hurtovenko Oleksii M Popov Volodymyr V Pukas Kateryna V Telepov Valerii V Khoroshkovataya Olena V popup.nrat_date 2021-04-01 Close
