The purpose of the work - mathematical models construction of complex socio-economic systems, development of methods for their analysis and forecasting, based on the use of methodology and tools of discrete nonlinear dynamics and data mining. Research methods - methods of discrete nonlinear dynamics, in particular, fractal analysis, hybrid forecasting methods based on the model of homogeneous structure. The scientific novelty of the results is to improve and apply new approaches to forecasting the dynamics and optimization of the structure of complex socio-economic systems, building new mathematical models, developing effective algorithms for solving them. The scientific significance of the obtained results is their focus on the development of mathematical modeling and computational methods as tools for the study of complex socio-economic systems. The results can be used in the development and implementation of computer decision support systems to solve problems of analysis, planning, forecasting and optimization of complex socio-economic systems in economics, engineering, management, marketing, logistics and other industries.
