The design of the device provides for registration the intensity of the light circular component to increase sensitivity. The circular component arose upon internal reflection of the probe beam from a resonantly sensitive ultra thin film relatively to the zero signal. Mechanical, optical and electronic components of high-frequency (f = 80kHz) modulation spectropolarimeter made. Their installation and certification tests of the device are performed. The limiting sensitivity of the device reaches the value of a change of the refractive index of the external environment at the level of 10-8 when using metal films with a periodic nanostructure as a sensory element.
