Purpose: to create models, methods and computer tools to support decision-making in the design of onboard thermal power systems based on modeling of non-stationary thermal and hydraulic modes of operation of fuel systems of modern passenger and transport aircraft at all stages of their life cycle. Research methods - computer modeling, systems analysis. Based on the results of the work, a method of automatic formation of boundary conditions and a method of calculating flow distribution in networks with a predominant tree-like structure of the graph are proposed, which provides the possibility of simultaneous calculation of networks of compressible and incompressible fluid. Described models that allow to estimate the heat fluxes from the operation of centrifugal pumps, hydraulic system, solar radiation, anti-icing system and identified the features of taking into account heat fluxes in the operation of the pumping system. A concentrated model of dynamic thermal and hydraulic processes in the fuel system is proposed, which takes into account the dynamic change of boundary conditions during flight. A distributed model for the analysis of fuel heating processes from solar radiation is proposed, which also allows to take into account the influence of heat supply from other systems and tanks of the aircraft. This allowed us to evaluate the qualitative picture of the temperature field when heating the tank from solar radiation at different values ​​of radiation energy and the degree of reflection of rays for the An-178 aircraft.
