Mechanisms of complex influence of alkali metal salts and polycarboxylate ethers on processes of early structure formation of multicomponent cement systems are established. There are shown the ways to increase the efficiency of alkaline-sulphate activation of composite cements. A new approach to the directed regulation of structure formation processes in the R2O-СaO-Al2O3-SiO2-Н2О system by implementing the principles of nanomodification is proposed. It was discovered the regularities and quantitative dependences of Na2SO4–PCE–N-C-S-H influence on physical-mechanical and building-technical properties of composite cements, which are the basis for development of a new type of high-quality alkali-activated composite cement with high early and standard strength - clinker-effective rapid-hardening composite cement АCEM V/A 42,5 R (Кf=0,50; Rст2/Rст28=51,5%; Rc28=61,2МPа). It is shown that the combination of physical and chemical approaches by using sodium sulphate, polycarboxylate superplasticizer, nano-silica and alkaline nanocomposite allows to obtain highly effective alkali-activated composite cements for various functional purposes with improved building and technical properties.
