It is established that the addition of selected silicones to the composition of the base emulsion in a concentration of 1 to 10% contributes to the improvement of physicochemical, organoleptic, rheological and sensory properties of the emulsion. According to the results for use, we can recommend the studied silicones in the following concentrations: amidomethicone - 2, 3, 5, 7%; cyclopentasiloxane - 5, 7, 10%; phenyltrimethicone - 5, 7 and 10%. In order to study the condensation processes for the formation of new heterocyclic structures, which are based on two biologically active heterocycles - pyrimidine and purine, simplified and effective methods for the synthesis of reactive bis-purinopyrimidines have been developed. On the example of condensations of starting purinopyrimidines with N-nucleophilic reagents, their reactivity with respect to two reaction centers - chlorine atom and ethoxycarbonyl. The structure of intermediate and final compounds is proved. High biological activity of the synthesized starting compounds was revealed.
