Subject of research: processes of controlled change of mechanical, electro- and thermo-physical properties of nanostructured materials with polymeric and semiconductor matrices and nanofillers based on carbon, silicon and germanium. Purpose: development of physical principles for improving thermal and mechanical stability of functional nanomaterials based on nanocarbon structures, photoelectric and thermophysical properties of Si / Ge and porous Si heterostructures by modifying their structural-morphological, mechanical, magnetic properties of different forms of carbon particles by carbonic nanomaterials on their surface. Research methods: electro- and magnetic transport characteristics, X-ray diffraction analysis, photo-emf, photothermoacoustic and optical spectroscopy, study of dynamic elastic modules, chemical stability of graphene-containing epoxy nanocomposites. The regularities of propagation of ultrasonic waves of different types in polymer composites with graphene inclusions depending on the size of the interfacial layers around the nanoparticles have been elucidated. The possibility of using acoustic and thermoacoustic techniques to study the interface regions of such nanocomposites is shown. It is shown that the photo-e.r.s. in Si and SiGe can be significantly increased (up to 100%) by sonochemical treatment in dichloromethane and chloroform, due to the passivation of broken bonds on the surface by carbon atoms released in the sonochemical reaction.  Product Description popup.authors Borovy Nikolay A.
