The purpose of the study is to determine and scientifically substantiate the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the effective development of the competence of the subjects of educational space, to develop and implement methodological support for this process. The data on insufficient efficiency of training of specialists, in particular teachers, economists, designers, doctors of philosophy have been confirmed. The content of readiness of specialists for future professional activity, in particular for research and innovation as an integrated quality of personality, which has innovative properties, which include motivational and value orientation and volitional qualities of personality, its ability to creativity and reflection, desire for self-development and system professional knowledge, skills necessary for the effective implementation of the processes of generation, development and dissemination of new knowledge to solve natural and social problems. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of preparation of future specialists for professional activity are developed and substantiated, which are based on a number of methodological approaches and didactic principles of modern pedagogical science, take into account the accumulated Ukrainian and foreign experience, meet the demands of innovative society.
