The aim of the research is developing the concept (program) of physical training of cadets and the main directions of its implementation in the Army Academy of I-II accreditation level. The object of the study is non-commissioned officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Research methods: -theoretical methods (analysis and generalization of literary sources) - to reveal the essence of the problem and determine the ways to solve it; - pedagogical methods (observation, testing, experiment) - to determine the effectiveness of the current system of physical training of cadets of Military institute of the I-II level of accreditation; -methods of mathematical statistics - for processing of experimental data and estimation of reliability. Recommendations for improving the physical training of cadets of Military institute of accreditation were substantiated and developed, where the basic provision was taken that, depending on the category of military personnel (cadets from civilian youth and contracted militarymen), and their level of physical fitness exercise should be different approach.
