The peculiarities of diagnosis and management of patients with GVI in primary care facilities have been clarified. An algorithm for integrated management of HIV-infected patients with comorbid pathology of the digestive system has been developed. The range and volumes of antiretroviral drugs consumption in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine were studied, the real data of the practice of prescribing drugs for the treatment of patients with hemocontact viral infections, clinical and economic feasibility of pharmacotherapy of patients with GVI using methods of health technology assessment. The peculiarities of the interaction of primary health care institutions with the public health system and public non-governmental organizations on combating the spread of STIs in Ukraine have been established. Substantiated the measures to optimize the prevention and counteraction of dissemination of socially dangerous GVI in Ukraine at the level of PHC in the format of a system model of integrated medical and social care.
