The subject of the study is: strategies to accelerate Ukraine's rapprochement with the EU and NATO, as well as the synchronous diversification of the partnership by deepening cooperation with non-EU and NATO countries. The goal of the work. The main purpose of this project is to analyze the problems and prospects of Ukraine's strategic partnership with the United States in defense, cybersecurity and strengthening of liberal democratic institutions. Scientific justification for developing a new strategy of Ukraine to counter geopolitical challenges and threats to national security determining Ukraine's place in the context of the Euro-Atlantic crisis; analysis of Ukraine's tasks in the face of the Russian hybrid war. The main research methods are: general scientific and philosophical methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstraction and modeling. To clarify the key concepts of this study, it is important to use an updated method - terminological analysis and logical-semantic approach. The use of inductive and deductive methods, as well as the synthetic method will allow to come to generalizations and clear and logical conclusions about the nature and prevention of threats to national security of Ukraine. Hypothetical and modeling method will allow to characterize and construct scenarios of possible transformation and evolution of threats to national security of Ukraine. Also, based on a comparison of different expert assessments, it was possible to identify the most objective characteristics of the geostrategy of neighboring countries in relation to Ukraine. The statistical-analytical method made it possible to study the state of Ukraine's resource capabilities in order to counter geopolitical threats, in particular the "hybrid war" of the Russian Federation.
