The object of research is the transformation of management systems in business organizations in the conditions of economic and political instability of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the processes of formation, activity, development and transformation of business organization management in an unstable external economic and political environment. The purpose of the study is to develop proposals for improving the business organization management in order to adapt to the conditions of a turbulent environment through the implementation of mechanisms of development and transformation. In accordance with the defined purpose in the course of research the following tasks were solved: • summarize trends in the business organizations management; • substantiate the parameters of management systems that meet the requirements of modern factors of influence; • develop and test methods for the development of business organizations management systems in a turbulent environment; • develop proposals for the transformation of strategic management in accordance with current trends; • identify the necessary changes in the system of innovation management and ways to implement them; • identify, analyze and take into account changes in functional subsystems when justifying the directions of small business development. Research methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of scientific work was a set of general theoretical and special methods of scientific research. Expected result - defense of dissertations; publication of monographs and scientific articles; providing consulting.
