These rare half-lepton modes of B-meson decay are studied in electron-positron collisions on the SuperKEKB collider (KEK Science Center, Japan) with the world's highest luminosity. According to the Standard Model (CM), the decay of B-mesons with the formation of electrons and muons occurs with the dominance of stem processes involving exchange W bosons. Processes involving the heaviest  -lepton in nature are sensitive to the contributions of other exchange particles outside the CM, in particular, they can be charged Higgs bosons, the discovery of which can play a significant role in fundamental physics. Aim of the work: The aim of this work is to find evidence of the influence of charged Higgs bosons in semi-lepton town decays.
