The aim of the work is to determine the mechanisms of influence of fractal aggregates on equilibrium and kinetic physical properties of a liquid system, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, the influence of the thermodynamic state of a liquid system on fractal cluster formation. Research methods - optical, viscometer, AFM, ICRN, computer modeling, theoretical and analytical. According to the data of ThT fluorescence, atomic force microscopy and MCRN of aqueous liquid systems NMP / nC60 and NMP / nC70 with amyloid fibrils of lysozyme and insulin proteins, a high destructive potential of fullerenes was revealed, and a molecular mechanism of destruction of subunits was established. Generalized nonkinetic non-lattice algorithms for constructing stochastic fractal clusters of polydisperse particles of different topology with adjustable parameters, including fractal dimension, have been developed. Analytical expressions of the form factor of scattering by fractal systems in the general case taking into account polydispersity, inhomogeneity and effects of finite size are obtained. The structural characteristics and parameters of growth kinetics of silicon-containing nanosized aggregates at the stage of active formation were obtained using the ICRN method. The structure of water-based ferrofluids was compared with magnetite synthesized by two different methods, which allowed. to obtain the optimal method for the synthesis of nanoparticles in ferrofluids. A model of the influence of radiation on the thermodynamic behavior of liquid systems near the coexistence curve and a model of diffusion in biological systems under the influence of radiation have been developed.
