The level of polymorbidity (6.3 + 0.3) increased with age and in the presence of complications ( ischemic stroke in anamnesis). The most common comorbidities / syndromes are coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure, dyslipidemia, atrial fibrillation, chronic pain. The severity of polymorbidity in the case of stroke increases by 2-4 times depending on the method of assessment. The frequency of geriatric syndromes increases with age and they were more common in women. Depression was diagnosed in 33, 6% of patients, cognitive dysfunction in 30 %, the risk of falls in 62, 2%. The incidence of frailty syndrome was 17.2%, 10.9%, and 11.1% using the FRAIL questionnaire, Frailty phenotype, and The Short Physical Performance Battery,respectively.
