This is due to the fact that often the treatment of age-dependent pathological conditions with pharmacological drugs is ineffective and then the only way to improve the quality of life of the patient may be cell therapy using autologous stem cells. To date, researchers and clinicians are particularly interested in adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), because at almost any age of the patient from his adipose tissue can get the required number of autologous cells, which prevents graft rejection, risk of transmission of infections, to remove numerous legal and ethical restrictions of cell therapy. In this regard, it is indisputable to determine the criteria for biological safety of cell grafts obtained in various physiological conditions, including menopause and postmenopause.
