The object of research is a system of monitoring the main operational parameters of road rolling stock using the means of transport infrastructure. The purpose of the work is to develop and study an information system for monitoring the parameters of vehicles in terms of their operation on the routes of transportation of products in the street and road network of the industrial hub using the capabilities of the transport infrastructure. The results of research work are as follows: - The analysis of the current state of theoretical and practical developments on methods of monitoring the technical condition of the truck in variable operating conditions, which revealed that traditional methods do not meet modern requirements for maintaining the efficiency of the vehicle and operational management, especially ensuring efficient fuel consumption . - The main sets of relationships between components within the information model of the subject area of the vehicle, as a result of the formation of the description of the database model of the information system for monitoring the parameters of the tracker in the technical condition of the vehicle. - The information models which provide constant unambiguous communication of objects of system with information elements and with objects of automation are received. Implementation of the method of remote monitoring of vehicle operating parameters from the standpoint of comparison with information from the transport infrastructure monitoring system based on the developed information and mathematical models will lead to a synergistic effect for both the truck operation system and the industrial transportation system.
