Methodology and scope of research - the work was divided into several stages. Collection, processing on a computer "Maps of occupational diseases (occupational poisoning)", first registered in the country in 2013-2019, and analysis of the data. The main forms of occupational pathology by types of economic activity and by regions of Ukraine were studied, taking into account age-experience features. Determining the patterns of tuberculosis incidence in workers who are at increased risk of mycobacterial infection in the workplace, taking into account age, sex, occupational and regional characteristics in the dynamics of 2013-2019. A long-term study of the incidence of tuberculosis in Ukraine was conducted within the framework of a 30-year observation. A comparative analysis of the national legislation of Ukraine on the protection of workers in the workplace from tuberculosis was conducted in accordance with international recommendations and standards.
