The object of the study are statistical forms of accounting and registration of occupational diseases, electronic forms of "Occupational diseases and poisoning records", materials of periodic medical examinations, databases of occupational diseases of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine, etc. Methodology and scope of research - the work was divided into several stages. The first stage is the collection, processing on a computer "Maps of occupational diseases (occupational poisoning)", first registered in the country in 2013-2018, and analysis of the data. The main forms of occupational pathology by types of economic activity and by regions of Ukraine were studied, taking into account age-experience features. The second stage was to determine the patterns of tuberculosis in workers who are at increased risk of infection with mycobacteria in the workplace, taking into account age, sex, occupational and regional characteristics in the dynamics of five-year follow-up. The last stage was a comparative analysis of the national legislation of Ukraine on the protection of workers in the workplace from tuberculosis in accordance with international recommendations and standards.
