The purpose of the work - research, development and theoretical justification for improving mathematical models of reconfigured systems, methods and techniques of synthesis and analysis, justification and implementation of convergence algorithms for tracing, placement and configuration of elements of large reconfigured systems, which provides end-to-end design, modeling and study the properties of such systems, including performance and hardware costs for implementation. Research methods - development of the field structure of reconfigured cells based on the theory of digital automata; development and analysis of calculation models based on graph theory; description and implementation of a functional programming language with given properties for transforming programs into a calculation model based on the theory of translation of programming languages; application of methods of optimal use of specialized cells in reconfigured computing devices based on homogeneous computing systems based on the theory of optimization methods. The evaluation of the results was performed on the basis of computer experiments. The method of realization of schemes of calculations with use of the structural-algorithmic description is offered that simplified and allowed to automate the organization of schemes of calculations with a large number of components. Modeling of the reconfigured system with specialized arithmetic and logic devices with estimation of speed of the reconfigured system as a whole is carried out. As a result of research it is established that due to the specialization of the structure of reconfigured computing devices (ROP) of homogeneous computing systems (OOS) for the selected class of algorithms and automated choice of specialization of computing speed (ROP) increased by approximately 11%.
