The aim of the work is to create a prototype diagnostic system for fast and highly informative analysis of individual changes in coronavirus gene expression in biological blood samples of patients. Research methods - analysis of computer databases for primer design and real-time quantitative PCR to analyze changes in coronavirus gene expression. To develop the diagnostic panel, coronavirus genes were analyzed and primers for real-time PCR were selected and characterized. A number of reference genes for normalization of expression data were selected and the components were optimized and the conditions for PCR reactions were selected for study. To develop the diagnostic panel, a set of samples of bioassays of healthy and sick donors was developed, and conditions for isolation and preparation of samples for PCR analysis were developed and worked out.
