The aim is to scientifically substantiate the role of priority carcinogenic compounds in the air in the formation of hormone-dependent cancer. Research methods are a systematic assessment of dynamic changes in the structure of cancer incidence and air quality, mathematical processing and analysis of the results. Results: stable long-term air pollution in a number of Ukrainian cities (Kiev, Cherkassy, Kremenchug, Dnieper) by priority carcinogens was established: benzo/a/pyrene, nitrosamines, heavy metals, formaldehyde; non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic hazards for the population of the identified levels of pollution were calculated; it was shown that the level of the total carcinogenic risk to health according to the international classification scale is high (> 10-3), the expected average annual increase of cancer incidence of the population under the influence of these compounds was calculated - 3-5 new cases of cancer per 100 thousand people annually; the collection and analysis of the incidence of hormonal system cancer of the population of Ukraine in terms of groups of regions with different types of economic activity for the period 1999-2018 was carried out; a different degree of average growth of each of the localizations of cancer, depending on the territorial characteristics of the regions and the nature of economic activity was noted; according to the results of gender and age characteristics of the development of hormone-dependent oncopathology, it has been shown that over the past decades, the number of diseases in the earlier period of life has increased - the so-called "rejuvenation" of cancer was occurred; the potential threat from the widespread use of pesticides as negative factors in the formation of hormone-dependent oncopathology was shown.
