Educational and methodological support for the formation of subject competence of pupils and students in the process of teaching physics has been created. Educational and professional programs of the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels of higher education have been developed and curricula of the specialty 014 Secondary Education (Physics) have been created on their basis. The issues of individualization and differentiation of education in the context of traditional and integrative models and the positive experience of formation of energy - saving entrepreneurial competencies of students during the study of physics in general secondary education institution are analyzed. The results of the research were used in the educational process to develop new sections of courses of lectures, practical and laboratory works and introduced into scientific-methodical, scientific and innovative activities of students and teachers, which helped to increase its efficiency.
