The subject of research – theoretical and methodological aspects of improving the efficiency of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to identify directions for increasing the efficiency of LLC "Tube Plant". Research methods – comparison, logical generalization, system approach (to study the theoretical foundations of efficiency), analysis and synthesis, deduction (to establish methodological approaches to determining efficiency), CVP-analysis (to justify ways to increase the efficiency of the enterprise), correlation-regression analysis (for the separation of costs into fixed and variable). The processing of quantitative information obtained during the study was carried out using Microsoft Office Excel. Based on the results of research, in particular the establishment of the essence of the category "efficiency" and the peculiarities of the process of increasing it, assessing the effectiveness of LLC "Tube Plant" by different methods, forming the function of plant costs with their separation into fixed and variable costs, using CVP-analysis, the basic ways of increase of efficiency of activity of the enterprise are substantiated. The use of the obtained results will allow to make reasonable management decisions on the further choice of directions of increase of efficiency of activity of plant.
