Registration Date 07-06-2021 Organization State Organization "Grigoriev Institute for Medical Radiologiy and Oncology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 The object of the study: is the syndrome of multiple organ failure in cancer patients before and after multiorgan surgical interventions. Goal: to improve the efficiency of intensive therapy in cancer patients after surgery multiorgan by individualizing tactics diagnostics with the determination of informative immunological and biochemical criteria. Research methods and equipment: clinical and instrumental, biochemical, clinical, statistical; electrocardiography apparatus. Theoretical and practical results: new data have been obtained on the assessment of multiple organ failure syndrome and its relationship between oxidative modification of phospholipids and activation of the body's antioxidant defense with impaired humoral and cellular immunity in cancer patients before and after multiorgan surgical interventions. Improvement conducted intensive therapy methods in this group of patients, using drugs Quercetin and L-ornithine-L-aspartate. An algorithm for early diagnosis of the significance of risk factors for determining the long-term survival rate of patients after multiorgan surgical interventions has been developed. Novelty: For the first time, new data have been obtained on the imbalance in the LPO mechanisms in cancer patients with multiple organ failure syndrome (MOFS). The data on the formation of MOFS mechanisms in cancer patients after multiorgan surgical interventions have been supplemented. For the first time the algorithm of diagnostics and intensive therapy in the postoperative period has been substantiated to prevent complications in the postoperative period. The effectiveness of implementation: to improve patient outcomes by reducing the period of stay in the institute's clinic in an average of 5 days. Scope of use: intensive care, oncology.
