The parameters of the electromechanical state of the piezoelectric transducer are determined depending on the number of electrode layers and the direction of polarization. A method of numerical-analytical solution of the impact problem is proposed, on the basis of which the nonstationary contact interaction of a rigid body with a cavity of concerted shape in an elastic space is investigated. An exact analytical solution of the plain nonstationary first boundary problem of the theory of elasticity is obtained for a layer to the free surface of which a nonstationary load is suddenly applied, which propagates along the free surface. An exact analytical solution of the nonstationary axisymmetric problem for an elastic half-space under mixed conditions of the third boundary problem of the theory of elasticity is obtained. Algorithms for optimizing small change maneuvers of one of the oscillating parameters of the elliptical orbit of an orbital transfer vehicle (OTV) with a propulsion system of limited power and an energy accumulator have been developed. The purpose of optimization is to maximize the payload mass at a given initial OTV mass. Analytical expressions are obtained to describe the optimal modes of operation of the propulsion system. It is shown that there are intervals of values of the specific mass of the energy accumulator at which the use of the energy accumulator in the propulsion system allows to increase the payload of the OTV, and therefore the use of the energy accumulator in the propulsion system of the OTV makes sense.
