The purpose of research is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and scientific and practical recommendations for change management to ensure effective strategic management of enterprises in dynamic market conditions. Developed: theoretical basis for understanding the essence of change, their classification and management of strategic change in enterprises; theoretical and methodological principles of research of external drivers of changes on the basis of the analysis of external conditions of activity of the enterprises and possibilities of carrying out of strategic changes; the concept of the emergence of resistance to change, approaches to determining the types of creation of resistance to change, as well as areas for effective change management and the formation of fiduciary in relation to change corporate culture. The current state is analyzed, the tendencies of strategic change management in the conditions of mining and processing plants are determined. The scientific novelty consists of: the configuration of strategic change management at the enterprise is developed, within which its main elements and interrelations between them are established, the order of interaction of subjects of strategic change management with objects and subject of management through principles of strategic change management is defined; the methodological platform of research of a condition of management of strategic changes at the enterprises is offered.
