The aim of the research is the results obtained on the basis of mathematical programming methods, which are used as an integral part of the simulation model of a real system. The study is based on the use of the following methods: the theory of systems analysis and nonlinear programming, as well as simulation models. Simulation models in combination with mathematical models allow to solve the problem in terms of system programming, the theory of undifferentiated minimization, a lot of criterion optimization, the theory of decision making during the formation of programs to improve the quality of production and transport logistics. The practical value of the obtained results lies in the possibility of numerical assessment of the consequences of the discrepancy of the descent directions of the analytical and algorithmic functions and the complete set of errors that occur during the determination of the optimal value of the algorithmic function. The developed mathematical tools for solving problems of production and transport logistics can be used for applied problems of logistics of a wide class.
