Research has been conducted to improve methods of decision support in problem situations based on fuzzy logic. A method of harmonization and correction of expert data is proposed, based on the use of the indicator of "relative consistency", which allows to improve the harmonization of group expert assessments and to establish clearer priorities of the compared features (factors). Mechanisms for making investment decisions, forecasting future indicators of investment portfolios and projects of simultaneous distribution of funds between real investments and securities portfolios and supporting group decision-making based on the use of genetic algorithms to provide investors with the necessary decision-making tools to manage investments in securities portfolios at all stages. A structure of SPGGR for investment management based on the use of client-server architecture, using client applications used by experts in the group decision-making process, and the server application analyzes the proposals of individual experts, coordinates their activities to develop a single solution, analyzes existing data on securities on the stock market, investment projects and performs forecasting of future market characteristics, the formation of individual entrepreneurs, forecasting the results of investment projects under the leadership of the leader of the expert group. The proposed version of the structure of SPGGR on the management of individual entrepreneurs allows to integrate in the process of choosing investment decisions intelligent methods of optimal formation of perspective options of individual entrepreneurs, as well as forecasting the possible results of group decisions of experts.
