STRONG WIND, TEMPERATURE ANOMALIES, STRONG AND EXTRemal PRECIPITATION, CONVECTION INDICES, THUNDERSTORM. The object of research is meteorological and circulating conditions for the formation of dangerous meteorological phenomena over Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to develop new and improve existing methods for forecasting dangerous and severe meteorological phenomena over different regions of Ukraine, as well as to characterize the variability of meteorological variables and circulation conditions in Ukraine during climate change. The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of forecasting of the state economy through the development of new and improvement of traditional methods of forecasting dangerous weather, detection and typification of meteorological and circulating conditions on the eve of dangerous weather in Ukraine. Research methods - processing of meteorological data of different origin, spatio-temporal generalization of meteorological and synoptic information, synoptic analysis, statistical analysis, quantitative assessment of the atmosphere. Revealed the circulating conditions of strong wind zones and blizzards over the south and east of Ukraine. Tested and updated typification of synoptic processes that increase wind speed. Determined the tendency to increase the number of heavy snowfalls and decrease heavy rainfall over the past 40 years in Ukraine using the spatio-temporal distribution of precipitation with an intensity of 50 mm for 12 hours from the data of atmospheric reanalysis ERA5 for the 1979-2019 for the territory of Ukraine. Established that in case of emergency precipitation over the Transcarpathian region in the warm period of 2016-2019, it is advisable to use the Whiting number, relative storm turbulence and moisture content of the entire cumulus cloud to assess the possibility of increased precipitation. Determined that from November to March 2010-2019, positive an Product Description popup.authors Agayar Ellina Viktorovna Michenko Natalya Mihaylovna Nashmudinova Elena M popup.nrat_date 2021-06-17 Close
