For the first time: developed a methodology for assessing the level of balance of socio-economic development of regions, which includes analysis of socio-economic and sustainable development, definition of innovation profile, analysis of digital inequality by established indicators and criteria, their ranking, comparison, identification of factors and development of proposals for adoption relevant management decisions; identified and substantiated the negative phenomena in the field of innovation, which threaten the economic and technological security of Ukraine and require the implementation of urgent measures by the top political leadership of the state and the executive at all levels; assessment of incomes of the population in the context of regions, taking into account two basic functions that perform incomes in sustainable development: ensuring social welfare and social justice, and identified specific trends and developed proposals; defined the concept of "innovative mechanism in the field of electronic interaction of public authorities with other public administration entities".
