The first part presents a literature review, including examination of the production technology for heterostructure solar cells. We consider the texturing of semiconductor substrates, technological methods of semiconductor heterostructures obtaining and methods of synthesis of metal contact systems. The second part describes results of the research. Calculation of the stability, electrical and photosensitive characteristics of heterojunctions on textured substrates were carried out. The analysis of received information was done. The third part presents the development of complete manufacturing process route for heterostructure solar cells on textured substrates.
