The subject of the work is the study of electrical, morphological and optical properties of the obtained thin-film structures on glass substrates. The aim of the work is to study the process of glass texturing and the influence of the technological parameters of AIT on thin-film solar cells. The first section presents a review of the literature, which examines the analysis of existing types of solar cells and ways to improve their efficiency. The second section of the work reviewed the technological methods of texturing and processing of glass substrates. The third section presents the technological route of the operation of texturing glass substrates, and their study, namely: their transmission, reflection and absorption spectra, electrical characteristics of these structures and morphological characteristics using modern measuring equipment.
