Physicochemical properties of synthesized nanosystems, namely particle morphology (electron microscopy), particle size distribution (dynamic light scattering), optical properties (absorption spectroscopy), structure (mass spectrometry) were studied. It is shown that the result of the developed synthetic methods using different stabilizers in aqueous solution in the range of molar concentrations of metal C M = 10-4-10-3M are nanosized gold particles; colloidal nanoscale systems are characterized by typical absorption bands of localized surface plasmon resonance of gold; ionization of nanoparticles under the action of laser irradiation occurs with the formation of clusters Aun; the surface of the nanoparticles contains Cl-anions and the corresponding fragments of stabilizers. To conduct optical and biological studies of metal nanoparticles, colloidal systems of nanosized gold and silver were synthesized according to the developed advanced techniques in the required amount.
