The spectrometer is tested as a chemensor, the results are obtained as a result of replacement in a measuring cell of liquids with different refractive indexes. To test the PPR spectrometer, developing a set of standard solutions with known values ​​of the refractive index of light in the range of 1.3334 to 1.3430, was prepared. Also, experiments started with the development of a technique for forming a sensory chip in the format of micromassion (mirror) of oligonucleotides. In order to optimize the design and individual elements of the PPR spectrometer with a touch chip in the micromassage format (microye), an experimental testing of the characteristic features of the developed and manufactured flow system of the spectrometer using a solution painted by bromophenol blue is carried out. According to the results of this testing (the nature of the filling of the measuring flow cell and the distribution of the dye), the locations of the input and outlet of the cell, as well as the configuration of its lateral walls) were changed. Optimized multichannel measuring cell allows you to minimize the appearance of bubbles in the flow mode. The optimal rate of change of analyte in the measuring cell is selected.
