Improved: methodological approaches to the study of modern concepts of public ethno discourse, which, unlike the present ones, include the clarification of the concept-category apparatus, the use of historical and comparative research methods, the definition of modern development mechanisms and tools for its implementation, which allowed to determine the subject field of State Ethno politics in Ukraine and establish its institutional characteristics; determining the features of the institutionalization main Analytical Centers in Ukraine and the EU for the Study of Ethnicity, determining the characteristics and criteria of its activities.
