The subject of the research is modern technologies for solving military - political conflicts. The purpose of the study is to analyze the strategies for settling military-political conflicts and provide recommendations to the authorities on the tools for their resolution. For the first time: determined that in the context of resolving a military-political conflict, a problem-oriented approach should be applied, aimed at solving it. With this approach, intense destructive military-political conflicts can be eased or, in some cases, prevented from developing to a level of open violence and mutual reconciliation; the theoretical understanding of military - political conflicts evolution is investigated and explained the current state of the scientific problem development. Improved: scientific approach to "conflictology", which main task is the destroying of stereotypes such as "anarchy", "security dilemma", "power" and others. By their very existence, these stereotypes help to increase hostility and decrease objectivity in each other's assessment. Famous postmodern theories include feminism, which explores the influence of gender bias on the emergence and course of international conflicts; a set of factors of institutionalizing public authorities activity in the context of their regulatory influence on military - political conflicts, separating which is conditioned by historical heritage, political traditions, indicators of economic and social development of the state. Has been further developed: systematization of the world experience of resolving military-political conflicts of crisis situations on the basis of political compromise; conceptual apparatus of public administration science, concerning the sphere of state-administrative relations influence on the new technologies understanding and resolving military-political forms of conflicts.
