It has been established that the development of the supertechnology industry is capable of qualitatively changing the conditions of human existence, physicality and human genotype, giving rise to a complex set of existential, ethical, and ideological problems. It is substantiated that the formation of the content of mega-science in modern society is caused by the revolutionary changes related to nano-bio-gene-neuro-info-computer-network technologies and mega-devices, which transformed the fundamental structure of matter and have a real impact on the condition of matter of human existence in its totality. In the course of the researching it was proved that the basis of the trends of the development of mega-science is the interaction of nanosciences, molecular biology, artificial intelligence, which can reach technological singularity, that can result in the evolutionary leap of «man – posthuman».
