The purpose of the project is to make the holistic description of the new human and culture paradigm and to reveal its pecularities. Research methods are: philosophical analysis, philosophical-and-anthropological analysis, formal-logical, historical, comparative, structural-functional (interpretation of human and culture as an ordered system generally), hermeneutic (representation of culture as a sign interpretation by human). New approaches in philosophy have been developed, which have made it possible to analyze philosophical concepts of human and culture, to investigate the genesis of the representation of human in the socio-cultural context. A new anthropological paradigm has been formed, it covers the whole world, human and his development in culture, and offers the to onercome the today's crisis situations, problematic situations related to environmental issues, development of technologies and communication systems. New approaches help to solve the problems of completeness of the categorical system of philosophy, to consider the complex phenomenon of man in the context of the discourse of philosophy.
