Research methods - high-precision levelling of deformation wall marks of foundations of buildings and structures, tacheometric survey of film reflectors of places of the opening of cracks of facades of the object of research. The report presents the results of the second stage of work. According to the calendar schedule of works, the survey and measurements of cracks in the walls of the main medical building №1 were performed and the second series of precision levelling of deformation wall marks was performed. According to the results of observations, it was found that during the period from 1 to 2 series of critical subsidence of deformation marks of the foundation of the building was not detected. However, the period between series of observations was too short, and changes in temperature conditions between series are not significant, which does not allow to say with high probability that the building is stable. The University recommends increasing the number of deformation wall marks to the density set by regulations. Also, to monitor the seasonality of subsidence processes and to identify the impact of heavy rainfall on the amount of deformation of buildings, Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas recommends monitoring on a quarterly basis.
