A study was conducted on two urgent tasks: extraction of anthocyanin dyes from vegetable raw materials and the synthesis of a new generation of pigments for use in decorative cosmetics. The mechanism and optimizing factors of the process of extraction of anthocyanin dyes with aqueous-alcoholic solutions from pomace of dark grape varieties have been studied; optimal conditions for chemical deposition of intercalated double-layer hydroxides (PSG), as well as their physicochemical and color characteristics and possibilities of use in nail polishes.
