The results of the research and their scientific novelty: the categorical-conceptual apparatus of the research in the context of substantiation of the content of the concept "financial regulation of land relations" is improved; elements of financial regulation of land relations are structured; systematized factors influencing the formation of the market value of agricultural land; with the help of economic-mathematical modeling the estimation of efficiency of use of tools of financial regulation of land relations is carried out; substantiation of directions of improvement of institutional maintenance of financial regulation of land relations in the conditions of introduction of free circulation of lands of agricultural purpose and a critical condition of quality of soils in Ukraine; the theoretical and conceptual model of financial regulation of land relations in Ukraine is built.
