The object of research is socio-political and socio-cultural processes that take place in society and are determined by the diachrony of the humanistic (socio-cultural) and technological components of the techno-humanitarian balance of the information society. The subject of research is the theoretical reproduction of global evolutionary processes occurring in the mentality, culture and social institutions in the phase of risk society by comparing and opposing aesthetics, the substrate of which is the emotional-metaphorical interpretation of subjective values of the individual. interests of social groups, and ethics, which operates with verbal-logical interpretations of value priorities. Research methods – a set of methods that includes, in addition to the classical - philosophical-conceptual, comparative-evolutionary, sociological, transformative-phenomenological, comparative-historical approaches, as well as content analysis, information and statistical methods. The result of this year's study was the explication of phenomenological and discursive modes of correlation of social and political; conceptualization of the semantic component of evolutionary man-made risk as a factor of civilizational development; problematization of the emergence of the third reverse wave in the process of democratization of the modern world.
