To achieve the goal in 2020, the following tasks have been solved: developed the Subprogram "Industrial fish species"; the Submarine "Underwater Noise" was developed. The program of state ecological monitoring of the seas of Ukraine was developed taking into account the guidelines of Ukraine's development as a maritime state and the related process of integration into the EU, which requires gradual implementation of European standards and directives in the field of water policy. The program was established in accordance with the Procedure for State Water Monitoring, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 19, 2018 № 758 to meet the requirements of MSFD and the EU Water Framework Directive 2000/60 / EC (WFD), which Ukraine has undertaken to implement implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU.
