Received further development: generalization of the essence of the concept of digitalization; factors influencing the modern development of digitalization; research and generalization of tools used by Ukrainian enterprises for effective management of business processes in the conditions of digital transformation; approach to project management and enterprise value; business process modeling of enterprise value management. The main results of the study are implemented in the educational process of KhNEU. S.
