The subject of research - ways and methods of creating new technological processes and systems for reconfigured industries. The purpose of the work is to create innovative technological systems and processes for reconfigured industries. Novelty: A set of new technological systems and processes has been created to ensure a lot of nomenclature products competitive production. The ways of realization of the developed technological processes and systems for increase of competitiveness of new technological offers are shown. The novelty of the research is confirmed by the prepared for registration of inventions and utility models created on the basis of experimental research works. Efficiency: The comparative results which can be reached as a result of use of the offered innovative methods, methods of processing of the materials directed on increase of wear resistance of working surfaces of details of cars and also, innovative methods of diagnostics of technological processes, production systems, and machine-building products are shown. Results: special methods of processing materials of machine parts, new ways to increase the wear resistance of working surfaces of machine parts and innovative methods for diagnosing technological processes, production systems and products in terms of reconfigured machine production. The research results are proposed for development with the aim of further implementation in the educational process for innovative courses of educational and scientific programs, in production at machine-building enterprises, as well as through patenting of utility models and inventions, publications in scientometric and professional publications, through speeches at scientific and methodological conferences, for approbation at the leading machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
