The aim of the work is to expand the range of finished products, improve their quality and minimize production costs through the use of new technologies, including continuous methods of obtaining finished products, based on combining different deformation processes into one process and using Conform technology. Research method - theoretical and physical modeling of various schemes of stress-strain state of metal, experimental research. Novelty - new patentable processes and methods of manufacturing long products in the form of strips, tapes, wire and shaped profiles by combining the processes of rolling and drawing, new approaches in the use of Conform technology and drawing rectangular profiles in drags with movable contact surfaces. A new method for determining the coefficients of friction in the zones of the deformation center during rolling has been developed.
