Research objective: is to deepen theoretical positions, to substantiate scientific and methodological foundations and to develop practical recommendations on implementation of process-oriented system for management components of steel development at different hierarchical levels. Research methods: systematic approach, dialectic method of knowledge, analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical method, comparative and economic analysis, graphical method. Theoretical and practical results: The models of management for the main business enterprises processes for different branches for the real economy of Ukraine were developed and the system of economic management processes on the basis of the platform "Bizagi" and functional modeling of the standard "IDEF0" was proposed; identified factors that must be taken into account when forming a process-oriented management system of the modern enterprise, in particular at the strategic and tactical levels; methodical recommendations for forming the process-oriented system of managing the components for the economic potential of the enterprise were developed. Novelty: the identification of theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations for the formation of a process-oriented management system at the different hierarchical levels in order to ensure sustainable development due to the identification, planning and modeling of business processes. The effectiveness of the implementation: using the results of the study by enterprises will increase the efficiency of the business management system due to the regulation of processes, raising the level of their leadership and compliance.
