First: The choice of the optimal method of hydroturbine placement in the vortex of the gravitational-rotating hydro power station is substantiated, in which the hydroturbine wheel is installed in the lower part of the vortex, which allows generating electricity in low-pressure sections of the river. Improved: Improved ultrasonic method for monitoring the physical and mechanical properties of metal structures of energy facilities based on the use of a set of informative parameters. Distinctive features and advantages of the obtained results over foreign or domestic analogues or prototypes: the efficiency of using electric power generation systems based on gravitational-rotating mini-hydro power station is evaluated. The proposed technique allows to design mini- hydro power station of significant capacity, which can generate electricity in sections of the river with low pressure. The advantages of gravitational-rotating hydro power station are also their minimal impact on living organisms of the river due to the low speed of turbines and the lack of water freezing in winter.
