The proposed technique allows to design mini- hydro power station of significant capacity, which can generate electricity in sections of the river with low pressure. The advantages of gravitational-rotating hydro power station are also their minimal impact on living organisms of the river due to the low speed of turbines and the lack of water freezing in winter.
