Registration Date 15-07-2021 Organization State Higher Educational Institution "Azov State Technical University" popup.description2  The object of research are products made of structural alloy steels, which were subject to volume, surface and cyclic hardening. The purpose of the work is to increase the complex of mechanical and operational properties of metal products by optimizing the methods of thermal, chemical-thermal, thermocyclic treatment. Research methods - dilatometric, microscopic, electron microscopic and X-ray phase analysis, quantitative metallography, testing of mechanical and operational properties (abrasive wear), mathematical processing of experimental results. The paper shows the feasibility of cementing low-carbon steels to obtain residual austenite in the structure. Amount and degree of stability of austenite must be optimized for specific conditions of abrasive action, which is characterized by the coefficient of dynamism, taking into account the chemical composition. The results of researches of the level of internal microstresses and substructure of steel 0,45 % C; 1 % Cr after thermocycling, the temperature parameters of which are variable and occur in different modes in certain sequences, are presented. The paper investigates TRIP-assisted steels, which were subject to aging in the intercritical temperature range and subsequent hardening on bainite. Mathematically calculated and experimentally confirmed the proportion of martensite and residual austenite, which is formed as a result of redistribution of alloying elements between ferrite and austenite during exposure to different temperatures.
